Getting Started
Getting started on our system is easy, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Web Access

Once a new customer is set up with a log-in username, he/she can immediately access our system to view all accounts and transactions. We can easily import any existing cardholder information and set up profiles for future transactions.
In addition, marketers will be given the capability to provide web access to each of their fleet customers.

Equipment

We are certified with all major POS systems—Dresser Wayne, Fuelmaster, Gilbarco, OPW, Radiant, and Verifone. We use a gateway device as a simple way to connect our system to your POS’s secondary or auxiliary network.

New and existing cards

If you are ordering new cards to start your fleet card business, we can help provide you with the names of our preferred vendors. If you already have cards distributed to your fleet customers, we can easily read your existing card layout and set up your cardholders in our system.

What does this cost the marketer?

Our monthly access fee enables large and small marketers to use the Intevacon system and pay according to their usage benefit. Every marketer can afford our system, and that is just how we want to start our lifetime relationship with you—as an affordable resource to help you grow.

Our monthly pricing plan is based on the dollar volume you process through our system, regardless of the number of transactions, gallons, or number of sites. In summary, we have created a pricing model that encourages you to grow and helps you take advantage of fleet business at each of your sites.
